About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate Airframe Automation Engineer and embark on a two‑year development journey that blends technical training with leadership development. You will work on automating engineering processes while rotating across digital airframe, wing engineering operations, and technical authority functions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse engineering business processes to identify and implement improvements that streamline workflows and shorten time‑to‑market.
• Deliver automation solutions from concept through deployment.
• Optimise engineering processes using digital tools and automation.
• Explore new IT technologies such as large language models, machine learning, deep learning and knowledge graphs to boost productivity.
• Rotate across Airframe Engineering and digital domains to gain broad exposure to engineering delivery and digital transformation.

Required profile

• A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical discipline.
• Recent graduate or limited professional experience with strong motivation to learn in a complex engineering environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work collaboratively and drive future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
