Graduate Aspiring Educational Psychologist (Term‑time, £93‑£110/day)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our specialist school near Dorking as an Aspiring Educational Psychologist. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary therapy team to support children with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviours during term‑time.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils, planning activities that match their abilities.
- Encourage development of social skills and deliver academic and pastoral assistance.
- Collaborate closely with speech, language, occupational and physiotherapy staff to integrate therapeutic approaches across the curriculum.
- Maintain effective communication with teachers and parents regarding pupil progress.
Required profile
- Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
- Resilient and calm in stressful or conflict situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
