Graduate Assistant Building Surveyor – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a graduate Assistant Building Surveyor to join our client‑focused team in Birmingham. The role offers a fast‑track pathway to RICS APC chartership and exposure to a wide variety of property types.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct building surveys, produce designs and specifications, and administer contracts.
• Provide commercial services such as dilapidations, lease advice, pre‑acquisition surveys and fire‑safety consultancy.
• Maintain client estates across commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail sectors.
• Collaborate with senior chartered professionals to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a RICS‑accredited degree.
• Client‑focused, collaborative attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Proactive approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
