About the role
RLB is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its client‑focused team in Cardiff. The role offers a two‑year Future Professionals programme with structured training, mentoring and support towards APC RICS chartership. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and undertake building surveys, formulate designs and specifications, and administer contracts.
- Provide commercial services such as dilapidations, lease advice, pre‑acquisition surveys and specialist fire‑safety advice.
- Deliver bespoke surveying solutions to ensure client estates are well maintained and achieve their full potential.
Required profile
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or an RICS‑accredited degree.
- Client‑focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and supports peers and seniors.
