Graduate Backend Software Engineer – Fintech (Submissions)

About the role

Join Suade’s Graduate Software Engineering programme as a Submission Engineer, working at the intersection of technology and finance. You will help build innovative RegTech solutions that automate data validation and regulatory submissions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into production‑ready code using SQL and Python.
• Design and develop automation tools that support validation and submission workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and engineering planning sessions.
• Collaborate closely with regulatory experts and senior engineers to deepen domain knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Understanding of testing principles and experience with Test‑Driven Development.
