Graduate Building Physics Consultant

About the role

BWB Consulting is looking for a Graduate Building Physics Consultant to join its award‑winning team in Leeds. You will help deliver low‑energy, high‑performance building designs by providing technical analysis, modelling and sustainability consultancy. The position is primarily office‑based with occasional travel across the UK and to other BWB offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform building physics analyses and create performance models for new and retrofit projects.
• Support senior consultants in delivering sustainability assessments and recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate low‑energy solutions into design packages.
• Travel to project sites and other BWB locations as required.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc/MSc) in Building Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in low‑energy building design and sustainability.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work in a collaborative environment.
