Graduate Business Consultant

About the role

The Graduate Business Consultant role is an entry‑level position within Mackenzie Stuart’s executive search group in London. You will operate as a junior consultant, building your own client portfolio and delivering recruitment solutions for global organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a personal business line, focusing on one of the firm’s industry sectors on an international scale.
• Identify, engage and place senior talent in high‑level positions worldwide.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from prospecting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Generate new business opportunities, meet sales targets and track key performance indicators.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing a professional and consultative service.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong desire to start a career in recruitment or sales.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking and resilient with a competitive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• No prior experience required – personality and potential are the key criteria.
