Graduate Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales)

About the role

Launch your career in technology sales with Bluetown, a provider of recruitment software and digital advertising solutions. As a Graduate Business Development Executive you will generate new business opportunities, manage a prospect pipeline and support the growth of our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and progress an active prospect pipeline from outreach to qualification.
• Make outbound calls, engage decision‑makers and build strong relationships.
• Conduct software demonstrations that showcase the value of the SaaS solution.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding client requirements and challenges.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise conversion and handover qualified leads to the sales team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career sales professional with a commercial mindset.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and achieving targets.
• Motivated by performance‑based rewards and eager to develop a career in SaaS sales.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system for pipeline management.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary £27,000‑£30,000 per year plus commission (OTE £38,000).
