About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare product distributor as a Graduate Business Development Associate. You will work on generating revenue by nurturing warm leads and creating new opportunities, supporting the company’s commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full product portfolio and value proposition to educate prospective customers.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure satisfaction with the services delivered.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the end‑to‑end sales process and develop a 360‑degree commercial skill set.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment and self‑motivated.
