Graduate Business Development Scheme – £30k + OTE

About the role

Our client, a leading healthcare product distributor, is launching a Graduate Business Development scheme. The role offers a £30k base salary with the potential to earn up to £35k OTE, and provides a full‑time, customer‑focused environment where you will develop commercial skills from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the company’s product portfolio and value proposition to effectively educate prospects.
• Prospect new customers via phone, email and social channels, arranging meetings, webinars and product demos.
• Research accounts to identify key influencers and build lasting relationships.
• Support existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the end‑to‑end sales process and progress toward independent ownership of deals.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
