Graduate Career Coach – Employment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a graduate or early‑career professional to join a leading UK charity as a Career Coach. You will help people living with mental or physical health conditions find, secure and sustain employment, making a tangible difference to their lives each day.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with CV writing, interview preparation, job searching and settling into new roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities.
• Collaborate with NHS teams, Jobcentre staff and other community partners to coordinate support.
• Manage your own diary and caseload, ensuring timely follow‑up and progress tracking.
• Work primarily in the community, visiting Jobcentres, NHS sites, council offices and meeting clients in various settings.

Required profile

• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals (paid or voluntary) or at least 12 months in a target‑driven environment such as recruitment, sales or customer service.
• Organised, resilient and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Willingness to work independently while receiving regular team support.
