Graduate Civil Engineer (Bespoke Projects)

About the role

This graduate scheme offers a two‑year ICE‑approved development pathway for recent civil engineering graduates. You will join a multidisciplinary civil and structural design practice working on bespoke projects across logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure and residential sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support project engineers by preparing drawings, calculations, reports and design documents.
• Conduct site visits to assess project constraints and monitor construction progress.
• Develop proficiency with design software and industry standards.
• Contribute to groundworks, transport planning, building support and geotechnical engineering tasks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Willingness to work on‑site four days a week in Islington, London.
• Motivation to progress to a Lead Engineer role through the structured scheme.
