Graduate CRM & Commercial Analyst

About the role

This graduate position sits at the intersection of CRM, sales operations and commercial analytics within a leading premium drinks business. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to help drive performance through data and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management and optimisation of the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Create reports and dashboards that deliver commercial insights.
• Maintain data quality and ensure accurate customer and sales information.
• Assist colleagues with CRM queries and promote best practices.
• Monitor sales activity, pipelines and performance metrics.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify more efficient ways of working.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Completion of a placement, internship, graduate programme or up to 12 months of commercial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Excel for reporting and data management
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP CRM (experience through projects or work).
