Graduate Customer Care Team Member (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

First things first; this is not just any customer care role. Our team is the voice of Abel & Cole to customers and vice‑versa, delivering exceptional experiences across phone, email and social media. You will answer a variety of queries, from setting up new accounts to sharing weekly seasonal produce information, while receiving comprehensive training and exposure to other business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an incredible customer experience quickly, confidently and accurately via phone and email.
• Represent the brand as warm, genuine and knowledgeable.
• Adhere to the Quality Framework, meeting performance targets and quality benchmarks.
• Act as an ambassador for B Corp values, considering social and environmental impact in decisions.
