Graduate Customer Success Engineer – Climate Tech

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding and maximising the benefits of low‑carbon heating products.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and devise practical, on‑site solutions.
• Collaborate with installers and industry partners to enhance the overall user experience.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language.
• Provide customer feedback to product and business teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop expertise in the technology and its role in the energy transition.

Required profile

• A recent degree in mechanical engineering, engineering, physics, energy or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine interest in climate change, sustainability and the future of energy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for helping people and solving technical challenges.
