Graduate Data Analyst – 24‑Month Fixed Term in Bristol

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑minded graduate to join our team as a Data Analyst on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work on client projects, turning raw data into actionable business insight and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data to deliver clear business recommendations.
• Create visualisations and dashboards using Power BI, PowerApps or other BI tools.
• Support business‑improvement initiatives with data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture and define requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and optimising databases using SQL or similar technologies.
• Contribute to project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree in a technical discipline.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel to the office as needed.
