Graduate Developer

About the role

BC Technologies is looking for recent IT graduates to join our team as Graduate Developers. You will work alongside our software development team in our Dunoon office, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm (35 hours per week). This role offers a clear path to develop your technical expertise while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the software development team on a variety of application projects.
• Participate in design, coding, testing and improvement of the company’s technology stack.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest innovations and propose fresh solutions.
• Collaborate with your line manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree or higher in IT, graduated within the last four years.
• Passion for programming, especially using PHP.NET or JavaScript.
• Analytical mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented and willing to work in the seaside town of Dunoon.
