Graduate Employment Adviser – Autumn Intake

About the role
Reed is recruiting graduates for its Autumn intake of the Employment Adviser graduate scheme. You will work in an office environment, supporting a diverse range of jobseekers and helping them secure employment with local businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with jobseekers, including ex‑offenders and those referred by local authorities.
- Manage a caseload and achieve placement targets.
- Use interpersonal and mediation skills to match candidates with suitable roles.
- Maintain resilience in emotionally challenging situations.
Required profile
- A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Resilience and ability to handle emotionally demanding scenarios.
- Commitment to full‑time, office‑based work.
