Graduate Engineer – Engineering Projects & Training

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join a specialist manufacturer. You will receive structured product training, mentoring from experienced engineers and exposure to UK customer sites and European manufacturing facilities, allowing you to understand how complete products are designed, supported and improved.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical reports, work instructions and supporting documentation.
• Prepare layout drawings and modify existing technical designs.
• Support field engineers with product and customer issues.
• Learn product software, calibration and control systems.
• Develop practical engineering fixes and technical solutions.
• Attend customer sites and European factories when required.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and stay away occasionally.
