About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage top technology specialists in finance using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct market research to understand hiring trends, salary benchmarks and industry developments.
• Develop strategic research projects to pinpoint high‑calibre candidates.
• Qualify candidates, build relationships and match them with exclusive roles.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to deliver tailored hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with confidence when speaking to senior‑level candidates.
• Curious, analytical mindset and enjoyment of research and problem‑solving.
• Genuine interest in finance and technology sectors.
• Ambitious, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a results‑driven environment.

What we offer

• £30K‑£35K basic salary plus uncapped commission.
• Target OTE of £40K in year 1, £50K in year 2 and £70K in year 3.
