Graduate Executive Search Consultant – London

About the role

We are launching our first London office and are looking for two ambitious graduates to join RSP Group as Executive Search Consultants. From day one you will work on live retained and exclusive search assignments for senior leadership roles in the US construction sector, receiving daily mentoring from experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Support retained and exclusive executive search projects across the United States.
• Identify, engage and build relationships with senior construction professionals.
• Conduct market mapping, candidate research and headhunting activities.
• Manage the recruitment process from briefing to placement.
• Develop business development skills and contribute to growing existing client relationships.
• Help shape and grow the new London office.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong ambition to build a career in executive recruitment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, competitive and willing to work hard in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curious and coachable, eager to learn executive search techniques.
