Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top technology specialists in finance using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct market research on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and industry developments.
• Develop strategic research projects to identify high‑calibre candidates.
• Qualify candidates, build relationships and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with consultants to match talent with exclusive roles.

• Excellent communication skills, confident and professional when engaging senior‑level candidates.
• Curious and analytical mindset with a passion for research and spotting trends.
• Strong interest in finance and technology and the evolving tech landscape in financial markets.
