Graduate Field Sales Executive – Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Field Sales Executive to join a leading global consumer‑goods organisation. Working across your own geographical territory, you will build relationships with independent retailers, supermarkets and petrol stations, helping them maximise commercial opportunities and grow product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop your assigned sales territory.
• Build strong relationships with shop owners and decision‑makers.
• Advise retailers on product availability, category performance and promotional activity.
• Negotiate trading agreements and commercial opportunities.
• Deliver against agreed sales and distribution targets.
• Analyse store and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Educate retailers and store staff on products and promotions.
• Plan and execute activities to maximise business performance across the area.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable analysing data and identifying opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence.
