Graduate Finance Analyst

About the role

This graduate finance analyst position offers a fast‑track start in a high‑growth industry. You will join a finance team that supports a £300m turnover business expanding across the UK and Europe, gaining exposure to the full commercial model.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and management information across the group.
• Assist with revenue processes including customer billing, pricing, contracts, margin analysis and payment tracking.
• Help with expenditure reporting, purchase orders, cost analysis, budgeting and variance comparisons.
• Contribute to project accounting, management accounts, annual statements and audit activities.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives such as automation and reporting improvements.

Required profile

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Genuine interest in pursuing an accounting qualification within industry.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑growth environment.
• Effective communication skills for building relationships with finance colleagues and wider stakeholders.
