Graduate Geotechnical Design Engineer

About the role

A specialist Geotechnical Design Consultancy based in Leeds is seeking an ambitious graduate to join their team on a variety of exciting residential projects across the UK. With support to chartership and a wealth of projects, this is a great opportunity to kick‑start your career and develop your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ground models and design structures such as retaining walls, foundations, piles and reinforced soil slopes for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct ground movement assessments and provide support to the wider engineering team.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering (geotechnical focus) or similar (MSc preferred).
• Full, clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Able to commute to York and the surrounding area.
• Experience in geotechnical engineering and soil mechanics is desirable but not essential.
