Graduate / Junior Application Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate or Junior Application Support Executive to join a small, growing software and digital solutions business near Ashford. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them get the most out of our digital products while developing your own product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via phone, email and online channels.
• Investigate and resolve straightforward application issues.
• Gather information for escalation to the development team when needed.
• Assist new customers with onboarding, product demonstrations and training.
• Create and maintain user guides, support documentation and internal product records.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with development and leadership.
• Support testing of new features, updates or products.
• Participate in broader business activities such as events, communications and occasional marketing support.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional.
• Strong interest in software, digital products and technology.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to be flexible and contribute across different areas of the business.
