Graduate Lecturer in Business

About the role

We are looking for a recent Business graduate to join our Business team as a Graduate Lecturer. This full‑time, on‑site role provides a structured pathway into Further Education, allowing you to gain hands‑on teaching experience while working towards a Level 5 teaching qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Business lessons to learners aged 16‑18, adult learners and apprentices.
• Prepare and mark assessments for BTEC and T‑Level programmes.
• Monitor learner progress and provide targeted support.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in mentorship, training and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Strong passion for business education and helping learners succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, resilient and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
