Graduate Lighting Designer for High‑Profile Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our North London studio and contribute to high‑profile lighting projects worldwide. You will help create visually stunning, sustainable lighting solutions for cultural centres, retail spaces, airports, museums, hotels and more.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative lighting concepts for global, high‑profile projects.
• Develop component designs for LED lighting systems using 3D CAD.
• Create and interpret schematics and assembly drawings.
• Collaborate with senior designers, learning the full production process.
• Support sustainable, energy‑efficient lighting solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a design‑related degree (mechanical engineering, product/industrial design, architecture or similar).
• Strong interest in buildings, visual aesthetics and lighting technology.
• Ability to perform calculations and work with a practical, rigorous approach.
• Enthusiasm for learning electronics and LED lighting systems.

Required skills

• 3D CAD modelling.
• Understanding of LED lighting components and electronics.
• Reading and producing schematics and assembly drawings.
