Graduate Management Trainee – Bedford

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Graduate Management Training Programme in Bedford. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with the aim of progressing to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Support sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and expand the company’s network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understand profitability metrics and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations across multiple functions to develop a holistic business perspective.
