About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connecting with local business partners and supporting local campaigns.
• Assist with financial control and profitability, understanding branch financial mechanics and supporting profit analysis.
• Gain exposure to operations, finance, marketing and other business areas, participating in day‑to‑day branch activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
