About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a full‑time Graduate Management Trainee programme in Cambridge. As a recent graduate you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience and the chance to progress to a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, learning the mechanics of profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations across the retail site, gaining exposure to logistics and team leadership.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to take responsibility from day one and a willingness to learn across functions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
