About the role
Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in Carlisle, Cumbria. The two‑year pathway is designed to develop future branch managers through hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
- Engage with local business partners to grow sales and develop marketing initiatives.
- Understand financial controls and profitability, contributing to branch performance.
- Rotate through various business areas to gain a holistic view of operations.
