About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee for its Durham location. This fast‑track programme offers recent graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with the potential to become a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with diverse customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local business partners to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with financial control tasks, including profitability analysis and cost management.
• Support day‑to‑day operational activities across the branch.
• Participate in structured training, mentorship and on‑the‑job learning sessions.

Required profile
