About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Exeter. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while developing your leadership potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and issue resolution.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, analysing profitability and cost drivers.
• Participate in operational projects that improve branch performance.
• Contribute to team goals and share ideas for service enhancements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in business management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn across multiple functions.
• Motivation to progress to a branch manager role within two years.
