Graduate Management Trainee – Gloucester & Cheltenham

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Management Trainee programme in Gloucester and Cheltenham. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, monitoring profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day branch operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn across multiple business functions.
