About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme across Harlow, Bishop's Stortford and Stansted. As a graduate you will be placed in a retail operation where you will gain hands‑on experience across all core business areas and work towards becoming a branch manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Support sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow your professional network.
• Assist with financial control and profitability, gaining insight into budgeting, cost management and revenue tracking.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, learning how a retail branch is run efficiently.
• Take on real responsibilities from day one, contributing to the overall performance of the site.
