Graduate Management Trainee - Isle of Wight

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme on the Isle of Wight. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control, understand profit and loss statements and contribute to branch profitability.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring smooth branch performance.
• Engage in continuous learning through classroom sessions, on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
