About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.

• Understand and contribute to financial control, profitability and cost management of the branch.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
• Participate in training sessions, mentorship programmes and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
