About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme across several sites in South East England. As a graduate you will rotate through key areas of the business, gaining hands‑on experience in retail operations and building the foundation for a future branch manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control, profit monitoring and budgeting for the branch.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring smooth store performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and share insights with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in retail, mobility or customer‑focused services.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to progress quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn about finance and operations.
