Graduate Management Trainee – Middlesex/Heathrow/Uxbridge

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is launching a Graduate Management Trainee programme based in Uxbridge, serving the Middlesex and London Heathrow area. The two‑year scheme is designed for recent graduates who want to fast‑track into a branch manager position within our global mobility business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners and promoting our mobility solutions.
• Assist with financial control, monitoring profitability and contributing to budgeting processes.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with health, safety and company standards.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects across finance, HR, and logistics to gain a holistic view of the business.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site and take ownership of real responsibilities from day one.
