Graduate Management Trainee – Oxford

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Oxford. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and issue resolution.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, learning profitability drivers and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational duties across the branch.

Required profile
