Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme based in Long Rock, South West England. This full‑time, on‑site role gives recent graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across retail operations and fast‑track towards a branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, connect with local business partners and grow a professional network.
• Assist with financial control and profitability analysis to understand the business’s financial mechanics.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, learning store management, inventory and logistics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the branch.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in leadership and retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive and able to take responsibility from day one.
