Graduate Management Trainee - Portsmouth

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Management Trainee programme in Portsmouth. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understanding profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational duties across the branch.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and performance‑based initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to develop a career in management within a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to take responsibility from day one.
