About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in Reading. As a graduate you will be immersed in a supportive environment, gaining hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations with the aim of progressing to a branch manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Engage with local business partners, develop networks and support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Understand and contribute to financial control, profitability and the financial mechanics of the business.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments to develop a holistic business perspective.
