Graduate Management Trainee – Slough/Bracknell

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in Slough (and Bracknell). The role gives recent graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across retail operations and fast‑track to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow a professional network.
• Assist with financial control and profitability, gaining insight into budgeting and performance metrics.
• Participate in day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory, staffing and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and share ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in retail, mobility or customer‑focused services.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to progress to a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
