Graduate Management Traineeship (GMT) – UK

About the role

The Graduate Management Traineeship (GMT) is a 10‑month programme starting in August 2027, offering 3–4‑month rotations across Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics. Junior talent will work on real business projects while following a 70‑20‑10 learning approach (on‑the‑job, exposure, formal training).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real‑world projects in Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics functions.
• Complete 3–4‑month rotations to gain cross‑functional experience.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business value and transformation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with no more than 2 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, agility, collaboration and a passion for ownership.
• Fluent in English and native language of the UK, with a valid permanent work permit.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and across Europe and to be geographically mobile.
