About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer and embark on a two‑year development journey that blends technical training, leadership development and hands‑on project work in aerospace manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Support new product introduction, collaborating with R&T to influence aircraft design for manufacture.
• Deliver optimized industrial system concepts and improve existing systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for current industrial processes.
• Develop strategies and lead projects to create more efficient, cost‑effective machines and processes.
• Introduce and industrialise new technologies and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Provide daily technical support on the shop floor, diagnosing and solving issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Human Factors, Ergonomics or a related field.
• Recent graduate or limited professional experience in engineering, aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and drive future innovation.
• Self‑motivated, proactive time‑management and goal‑setting abilities.
• Self‑awareness and a desire to steer personal development.
