Graduate Marketing Administrator

About the role

Jackie Kerr Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Marketing Administrator to support its recruitment team. This full‑time permanent position offers a recent graduate the chance to develop marketing, business development and administrative skills within a friendly, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify prospective engineering and manufacturing companies across the UK.
• Build and maintain targeted databases of potential clients and key decision‑makers.
• Make outbound business development calls to introduce the agency and generate new opportunities.
• Support consultants by identifying leads and keeping CRM records accurate.
• Manage and develop the agency’s social‑media presence, especially on LinkedIn, creating engaging content.
• Advertise vacancies on the company website, LinkedIn and leading job boards.
• Assist with writing and formatting job adverts and preparing candidate CVs for client submission.
• Carry out general administrative duties, including document preparation, database management and correspondence.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in marketing, business development or recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
