Graduate Marketing Executive – Technical B2B Content

About the role

This graduate position sits within a fast‑growing construction firm that is investing heavily in its in‑house marketing function. You will work closely with engineers, product specialists and senior leaders to translate complex technical information into clear, authoritative B2B content that supports architects, specifiers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, research and produce high‑quality technical B2B content across formats such as guides, case studies, research reports and thought‑leadership articles.
• Manage the full content lifecycle from brief to publication, ensuring accuracy and evidence‑based messaging.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists and commercial teams to gather product insights.
• Maintain and develop the company’s online resource hub.
• Monitor content performance, analyse results and continuously optimise the strategy.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (1st class) or 1‑3 years’ experience in technical B2B content creation, copywriting or content marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and simplify complex technical subjects.
• Excellent written communication skills and a passion for producing high‑quality, evidence‑led content.
• Self‑starter who enjoys ownership of the content strategy and can work autonomously.
