Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Building Services (Entry Level)

About the role

This is an entry‑level graduate position in mechanical engineering, focused on building services. You will receive full training while working on specialist projects for a range of clients across education, commercial and leisure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to completion, handling budgets from £5k to £2.5m.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, senior team members and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Split time between office work and regular site visits.

Required profile

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Strong interest in building services and HVAC systems.
• Willingness to commute to Wolverhampton.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Understanding of building services concepts.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC principles.
